These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

This promotion is only open to UK, Netherlands and Belgium residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Opening/Closing Date & Time
The promotional period will open from 10:00 GMT on 29th June 2024 (the “Opening Date”) until 28th July 2024 at 18:30 GMT (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). All entries received outside the Promotional Period or after the Closing Date shall not be accepted.
How to Enter
1. To enter the prize draw, purchase 3x eligible adidas products available in adidas outlet stores only in one transaction or separate transactions, then stamp the promotional card at counter during the promotional period. One purchase must be of adidas clothing, one purchase must be of adidas footwear and one purchase must be of adidas accessories. Multiple purchases of the same category item will only be provided with a maximum of one stamp. Scan the QR code in the outlet store once the card is completed with three stamps before the Closing Date. The QR code will be presented to customers who have completed the promotional card by a member of staff at a participating outlet after verification of the card. The QR code will not be provided to customers without presenting a completed promotional card with three valid stamps.
2. Promotional cards are obtained from the participating outlet stores once the eligible purchase has been made during the Promotional Period. 1200 cards available per outlet store first come, first served.
3. Once on the microsite, entrants will be prompted to complete the form which will include their full name, email, and the outlet store that they purchased the items at.
4. One eligible transaction in outlet store equals one stamp. One promotional card per person per outlet. Entrants are permitted to obtain further cards from different outlets and follow the above entry process to submit multiple entries.
5. Entrants must have internet access to enter this promotion.
6. Purchase of product at an adidas outlet store is necessary to enter the promotion.
7. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
8. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

1. The following products are eligible for purchase and entry into the promotion adidas in-outlet. Subject to availability and whilst stocks last throughout the Promotional Period:

  3. Adidas accessories such as; socks, headwear, bags and backpacks and eyewear
2. It does not include sporting equipment such as balls, rackets and hockey sticks

The Prizes
1. There are a total of 12 prizes available to be won, 1 winner per outlet store, which consists of:
  1. £200 adidas digital gift card (UK) OR €200 adidas digital gift card (Netherlands & Belgium)
  2. The gift card can only be used at the outlet store from where qualifying purchases were made and as selected during the entry process and cannot be used online or at other any other Adidas outlet store.
  3. No alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable.
Winner Selection and Notification
1. Winners will be chosen by a randomised prize draw performed by a computer process on 09.08.24.
2. All winners will receive a winning confirmation email (the “Winning Confirmation Email”), sent to the email address provided at the time of entry. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. The Winning Confirmation Email will be sent within 2 working days of the draw date.
Winner Verification & Prize Delivery
1. Each winner’s identity will be verified before any prizes are awarded by responding to the Winning Confirmation Email with proof of age and ID. County of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received.
2. In the event that a winner does not respond to the two attempts of contact within 14 days of initial notification, is disqualified, rejects their prize or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select another winner using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat twice after which any remaining unclaimed prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner including junk folders.
3. The gift card will be delivered via the email address provided on entry in the form. A unique code will be provided to access each winner’s prize. This code will be delivered within 14 days after valid claim and the completion of the verification process.
4. All requested details must be provided otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to reject the winning entry with no liability.
5. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not, or is not able to, take up their prize.

3. Savvy Marketing will manage winner prize fulfilment and contact winners to arrange fulfilment of prizes. Savvy Marketing will handle personal data in accordance with the promotion privacy policies, see clause 11 for further details.

General Terms and Conditions
1. Entrants must meet any eligibility requirements contained in the specific terms and conditions above.
2. Entries made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Bulk entries made in any way, including using any software which allows entrants to increase entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
4. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
5. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
6. The Promoter must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of residence of the winners, to anyone who contacts them within three months after the closing date by emailing paydaypromotion@getsavvy.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests. If you object to any or all of your surname or county of residence being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via paydaypromotion@getsavvy.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
8. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, or amend the promotion where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
9. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death in connection with this promotion or occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent an entrant's entry to the promotion.
11. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
12. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Data will be stored for 3 months after the close of the promotion before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to paydaypromotion@getsavvy.com. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
